Acer Announced Gaming Desktop Monster with an 18-Core CPU

Acer teamed up with Intel to create an 18 Core CPU named Acer Predator Orion 9000 to tackle with AMD Ryzen Thread ripper.

The Acer Predator Orion 9000 is packed with an extreme edition of intel core I9 which has more cores & thread than AMD Ryzen Thread ripper 1950X.

Acer promised that users can configure this system up to 4  AMD Radeon GPU or 2 Nvidia GTX 1080.

Acer Orion 9000 Gaming 18 Core CPU

The Acer Predator Orion 9000 features a liquid cooling solution to cool the whole system. The ice tunnel 2.0 airflow system that includes five intake fans to create a positive air pressure channel. With so much of cool air is being extracted in, the heat produced is pushed through the crevice.

This monster is priced at $1999 and it’s estimated to arrive by this December. The price is surprisingly low for a system which consists of I9 processor whereas an I8 processor itself costs more than this.

The powerful Gaming PC configuration needs an High-quality monitor for a Good display and Acer has launched Predator X35 Gaming monitor also. The Predator X 35 monitor sports a 35-Inch WQHD display with a resolution of 3440*1440 and will support Nvidia G-sync for smooth game play.

The Quantum dot technology is the heart of this Predator X 35 display and it will provide the best possible contrast quality with high dynamic range.The release date & price is not announced yet.
