Gaming Company Razer has announced it’s new Gaming Smartphone

The Singaporean Founded American Company Razer which specializes in hardware marketed especially to gamers has entered into the smartphone market with a Mobile for Gamers.

Razer entering into mobile market has raised several eyebrows because of the brand image which they carry in the gaming field. Though they didn’t come with a perfect one for the first attempt it looked good with decent specs.

Razer Smartphone Full Specs

Razer mobile sports a 5.7 Inch IGZO LCD 1440 x 2560 resolution screen with a variable refresh rate provided with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The back panel looks super cool with Matte like finish and Razer Logo on it and the front display is with huge bezels & Dolby Atmos speakers in top & bottom.

The whole system is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor with massive 8 GB RAM which promises to provide ultimate gaming experience & performance. They completely neglected the camera department when compared to other devices in the present market, a dual Rear Camera setup ( 12 MP, f1.75 wide & 13 MP, f2.6Zoom ) with Dual LED Flash and an 8 MP Front camera can work for normal usage.

The major part of this gaming-centric smartphone is the battery and the power-hungry sources of 835 SD & variable refresh rate will prove tough job to 4,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick charge support. Though the battery capacity looks massive but needs to test how it will work in real time. You will get 64 GB internal storage and has an option to increase the storage through microSD card which has support up to 2 TB.

Though the phone looks good and has decent specs they¬†should have shown a little bit of concentration of Camera aspect & also the real test will be when this will be tested with high-end graphics with that screen & variable refresh rate & power house system how long it can sustain. It’s just the first attempt by Razer team and it’s not that bad.

  • Yes, its look like best gaming smartphone. The only problem being the battery and memory if you could get a big space game running on this smartphone, it feels like its going to catch fire sucking the battery life.
