After Facebook’s whopping US$19 billion acquisition, WhatsApp had undergone many developments ranging from UI/UX, Emoji’s to the latest WhatsApp-web, Pay for Friend, Sharing documents, End-To-End Encryption. Developing from basic messaging feature app to advanced video and audio call and file sharing service.
As predicted WhatsApp has launched a new version of beta for testers with few new cool features, which everyone is waiting to have in it.
So what’s so new about this beta version?
? The major update is inviting others to your group via a link, QR code and NFC tag.
? Now you can forward media and messages to multiple contacts and groups.
? While forwarding messages, chats you recently reached will appear on top.
? You can zoom in and out by sliding your finger up and down while recording video.
? New fast forward button next to all the media to share the media with a single click rather than tapping the media holding it and then sharing it by clicking on the forward option which indeed takes some time.

? Few of you may be thinking that we used such features with the help of tweaks like WAT Leaks. People were using tweaks due to the unavailability of such features in WhatsApp. Now they can invite others via group invite link, so there is no need of using such tweaks. Using such tweaks may put your account privacy and information into peril.
? As of today (29/09/2016), the new beta version 2.16.824 is live.
? You might be wondering why such tiny feature can be helpful to you. Let us assume in the perspective of a college admin, an organisation chief, a class teacher, a school principal and all the large groups who have a mod. This feature comes in handy to such people and also to others they can just create a group invite link, QR code or NFC tag and post it on their respective social sites or mail it to the people they want. Rather than adding contacts and adding each member, it’s a time-consuming feat.
